1. Introduction and Acceptance

You must protect your username, password, verification codes, and registered devices. You must not permit another person, including a family member, to access your Account. Activity completed through valid Account credentials may be treated as authorised unless oyen33 receives prompt notice of suspected compromise. You must contact support immediately if your device is lost, credentials are exposed, or unauthorised activity is suspected.

5. Identity Verification and KYC

oyen33 may conduct identity, age, address, payment ownership, anti-fraud, anti-money laundering, and source-of-funds reviews at registration, before or after a transaction, or at any other reasonable time. Requested evidence may include government-issued identification, proof of address, an image or verification check, payment records, bank details, or supporting financial documents.

Processing may be restricted while a review is pending. Failure to supply adequate information within the requested period may result in delayed withdrawals, transaction reversal, Account restriction, or closure. Documents must be genuine, current, legible, and belong to the registered Account holder. Information is handled according to the oyen33 Privacy Policy.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Deposits may be offered in MYR through supported methods such as DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB, or approved digital assets. Availability, minimum and maximum amounts, fees, and processing periods may change by provider and Account status.

Payment methods must generally be registered in your own name. Deposited funds must be used for genuine play and may not be used primarily to transfer money, test payment instruments, or conceal the source or destination of funds.

6.2 Withdrawals

7. Casino Games and Sports Betting

A casino wager or sports bet is accepted only when recorded by the oyen33 system and confirmed in the Player's Account history. An attempted wager may be rejected because of insufficient funds, market suspension, stake limits, connectivity loss, or system controls. Players should check Account history rather than assuming that an on-screen attempt was accepted.

Casino results are determined according to the relevant game rules and technical systems. Sports markets, including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and live football markets, are settled using the applicable market rules and recognised result information. Obvious pricing errors, incorrectly displayed odds, abandoned events, postponed fixtures, or incorrect market descriptions may be voided or resettled under the relevant rules.

• Use bots, scripts, automated tools, scraping software, or unauthorised systems to access or interact with the Services.
• Exploit a malfunction, incorrect odds, delayed data feed, interface flaw, or payment error.
• Threaten staff, submit knowingly false complaints, or interfere with another user's access.
• Sell, transfer, lend, or share your Account, credentials, payment source, or verification documents.

Suspected prohibited activity may result in investigation, transaction delay, wager cancellation, restriction, closure, or lawful reporting. oyen33 will consider available records and the specific circumstances before making a final Account decision.

10. Responsible Gambling

oyen33 provides gambling as entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. You are responsible for managing your time, budget, and participation. Do not gamble with borrowed money or funds required for housing, food, education, healthcare, bills, or family needs. Do not chase losses or treat gambling as employment or guaranteed income.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

oyen33 may restrict or close an Account where reasonably necessary for security, verification, legal compliance, breach investigation, technical protection, payment risk, responsible gambling, or enforcement of these Terms. Any valid remaining balance will be handled after applicable reviews, deductions, reversals, and legal restrictions have been completed.

12. Service Availability and Liability

oyen33 works to maintain stable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Services may be affected by maintenance, provider outages, device incompatibility, mobile network conditions, banking interruptions, force majeure events, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable requirements, oyen33 is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from unavailable service, user device failure, loss of credentials, rejected payment-provider transactions, or reliance on incorrect information that the Player knew or reasonably should have known was erroneous. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Complaints and Disputes

A Player raising a complaint should provide the registered username, relevant date and time, transaction or wager reference, disputed amount in MYR where applicable, and a clear description of the issue. Supporting screenshots may be requested, but they must not reveal passwords or full payment credentials.
